These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and pol88 ("pol88", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the pol88 website located at https://pol88.bio ("Platform") and all associated gaming, betting, and ancillary services offered thereon. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on pol88, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by pol88 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer game, slot, card game, or other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity and address verification procedures required under pol88's compliance obligations.
• "Platform" means the pol88 website, mobile browser interface, and any sub-domains operated by pol88.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform would be unlawful under applicable local law.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed on a Game or Sportsbook market on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate wager turnover that must be achieved before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on pol88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pol88 applies a 21+ age restriction in accordance with prevailing standards for responsible gaming in the Indonesian market context and in line with international best practice for online gambling platforms.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated scripts, and proxied registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your local laws permit access to online gaming platforms.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed via pol88 or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3. Account Registration

Each User may hold one Account only. Registering multiple accounts (whether using the same or different personal details) is a form of fraud and is strictly prohibited. pol88 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and cross-account behavioral monitoring to identify duplicate accounts.

At the time of registration you must provide:

• A valid, current email address to which you have sole access.
• A unique username that does not impersonate another person or entity.
• A strong password of at least 8 characters containing a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numerals.
• Your date of birth, confirming that you are 21 years of age or older.

You agree that all information provided at registration and during any subsequent KYC process is accurate, current, and complete. pol88 is not liable for any consequences arising from your provision of false or incomplete information.

pol88 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

pol88 is required to verify the identity and address of its account holders as part of its compliance obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. pol88 may also request KYC documentation at any other point in the account lifecycle, including at the time of a large deposit or where unusual account activity is detected.

4.1 Accepted Identity Documents

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk)
• Indonesian Passport (valid and unexpired)
• Indonesian Driver's License (SIM A or SIM C, valid and unexpired)

4.2 Accepted Proof of Address Documents

• Bank statement (from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, or other major Indonesian bank) dated within 90 days
• Utility bill dated within 90 days
• Official correspondence from a government body in Indonesia dated within 90 days

Documents must be submitted as clear, legible images (JPEG, PNG, or PDF). All four corners of the document must be visible. pol88 will process KYC submissions within 2 business days. Users will be notified by email of the outcome.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits on pol88 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. pol88 accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• E-Wallets: OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposits made via bank transfer are typically credited within 5–15 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits are credited instantly in most cases. pol88 charges no deposit processing fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which pol88 accepts no responsibility.

pol88 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned where identified, less any applicable processing costs.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. pol88 processes withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes after approval:

• Bank Transfer: 1–6 hours (same-day for requests submitted before 20:00 WIB on business days)
• E-Wallets (OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja): 15–60 minutes

These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed. Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional review if the Account has not completed KYC, if the withdrawal amount exceeds standard risk thresholds, or if unusual account activity has been flagged. pol88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals will not be processed until the Account has completed KYC. pol88 strongly recommends completing KYC verification immediately after registration to avoid any delay in the first withdrawal.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pol88 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP program rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that will be displayed at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all pol88 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Account holders only. pol88 reserves the right to exclude any Account from a specific promotion without notice.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Free spin winnings carry a standard wagering requirement of 20x the winning amount. Specific promotion terms will state if a different multiplier applies.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 14 calendar days of the bonus credit date unless otherwise stated. Unmet bonus balances expire at the end of this period.
• During active wagering of a bonus, real-money balance is wagered first before bonus balance, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings may only be wagered on eligible games. Live casino games and certain high-RTP slot titles may carry a reduced contribution rate (e.g., 10%) toward wagering requirements. The full game contribution table is published on the pol88 promotions page.
• pol88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Existing bonus balances will be honoured for 7 days following any such change.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers (including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage via multiple accounts, and coordinated bonus claiming) constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related balances.

7. Game Rules & Betting

All games and betting products on pol88 are provided by certified third-party studios and sportsbook data providers. The applicable game rules for each product are displayed within the game interface or betting market. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules prevail with respect to game-specific matters.

pol88 does not operate any proprietary game software. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently audited for statistical fairness. pol88 has no ability to influence individual game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, pol88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. This is the maximum liability pol88 will accept in the event of a technical failure.

pol88's sportsbook covers a wide range of markets including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and all FIFA and Piala AFF fixtures involving Timnas Indonesia), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports. Bet acceptance and odds are subject to change without notice up to the moment of acceptance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pol88 Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in bet voidance, account suspension, permanent closure, and recovery of any funds obtained through prohibited means:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker variants and coordinated play in live casino games.
• Bonus Abuse: Any systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional offers, including but not limited to matched betting across accounts, intentional wagering patterns to satisfy requirements with minimal risk, and use of multiple identities to claim single-user offers more than once.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated betting software to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment transactions, unauthorised chargebacks, or knowingly using payment methods that are not registered in your name.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or the financing of any unlawful activity.
• Impersonation: Representing yourself as another person, whether a real individual or a fictitious identity, at any point during the account relationship.

9. Responsible Gaming

pol88 is committed to a responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all Account holders at no charge, accessible directly from the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in IDR. Changes to reduce existing limits take effect immediately; changes to increase existing limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you when a defined session duration has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. The Account cannot be reopened during this period under any circumstances.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum of 12 months. Any remaining balance will be returned subject to completed KYC verification.

pol88 employs automated systems to identify behavioral indicators associated with problem gambling. Accounts displaying these patterns may be contacted by the responsible gaming team and offered support resources. In serious cases, pol88 may impose restrictions on an Account without a request from the Account holder, in the interest of player protection.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the pol88 Platform, including but not limited to the pol88 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game assets, and promotional materials, is the property of pol88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from pol88.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• pol88 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. pol88 will take reasonable steps to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• pol88's aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising from or related to use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• pol88 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if pol88 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• pol88 is not liable for any loss arising from interruption to internet connectivity, hardware or software failures on the User's side, or any cause beyond pol88's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12. Amendments to Terms

pol88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Account holders via email to the registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.

13. Account Termination

13.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting pol88 customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your last-used verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC and any outstanding wagering requirement review. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.

13.2 Termination by pol88

pol88 may suspend or permanently close an Account with immediate effect where pol88 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The User has provided false or misleading information at any point.
• The Account has been used for or associated with prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to pol88.

Where an Account is closed by pol88 due to a breach by the User, any Balance attributable to prohibited conduct (including bonus-abuse-derived winnings and fraudulently deposited funds) may be withheld. pol88 will communicate the reason for closure to the User where it is legally and operationally appropriate to do so.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which pol88 holds its operating licence. pol88 operates under an internationally recognised online gaming licence and applies its terms consistently across all markets it serves, including Indonesia.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction of residence. Where any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
